The Tai 7 is available in three interior colors: gray, blue, and orange, according to Fang Cheng Bao on Weibo.
The model will combine hardcore off-road capabilities with everyday family use, setting a new benchmark for hardcore comfort, the brand said.
The Tai 7 is the second model in Fang Cheng Bao’s Tai series after the Tai 3, and is also the brand’s first hybrid SUV with a unibody design.
The model would be officially launched in the fourth quarter, Fang Cheng Bao said on July 18. On August 11, the first batch of Tai 7 production vehicles rolled off the production line.

It is equipped with BYD’s God’s Eye smart driving system and will be available in versions with and without LiDAR.
The four-wheel drive long-range version is equipped with a 35.6-kWh battery pack, with a CLTC battery range of up to 180 kilometers.
The model also has a two-wheel drive standard range version with a battery pack capacity of 26.6 kWh and a CLTC battery range of 135 kilometers.
When fully fueled and charged, the Tai 7 has a combined range of over 1,300 kilometers.
