Zeekr cars will get a Europe-friendly infotainment system in the region as part of the cooperation between Geely and 3SS. The in-car media system will offer streaming platforms from over 15 global content providers, and other functions.
On March 31, 3 Screen Solutions (3SS) digital entertainment solution provider, announced the launch of Zeekr’s Entertainment Hub together with Geely Technology Europe. It is positioned as a new media platform that will be used in multiple Zeekr-branded models in Europe. We will remind you that Zeekr currently offers four models in the region: the 001 & the 7GT shooting brakes, and the X & the 7X crossovers.

The Zeekr’s Entertainment Hub is a new in-car media platform based on the Android Automotive OS. It offers full control over the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX). This feature allows Geely’s high-end brand to implement branded content on the vehicle. It comprises service information, product updates, and exclusive offers without requiring OTA software updates.
The core highlight of the Entertainment Hub is the access to streaming platforms, live TV, and news channels from over 15 global content providers. They are seamlessly integrated into the vehicle’s screens. 3SS officials said that Zeekr users will be able to catch up on a series during a charging stop or stay informed with global updates during short stops.
Another highlight of the Entertainment Hub is the ability to deliver personalized responses, updates, and service information directly to the screen. The vehicle’s systems can adapt to driving scenarios. Built-in analytics allow the platform to learn from usage patterns and recommendations.
Simply speaking, it seems that Zeekr’s Entertainment Hub is a multimedia app that gives car users access to movies, series, Zeekr stories, and other information. This complex will complement the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto services available in the brand’s vehicles.
