At the 2026 CES exhibition on January 7, images of two new vehicles from Kosmera were captured. Kosmera is a brand backed by vacuum cleaner manufacturer Dreame Technology. One positions itself as a high-performance new energy sports car, while the other aims for the super sports car segment.

The flagship supercar features a horseshoe-shaped front grille reminiscent of certain European hypercars, complemented by large dual-layer cooling openings on both sides that give the vehicle a commanding presence. To reduce aerodynamic drag, the front bumper incorporates flow channels that redirect oncoming air toward the sides, simultaneously reducing resistance and enhancing airflow to the radiators.

From the side profile, the vehicle adopts a low-nose design typical of supercars, with a steeply raked A-pillar and a flowing roofline that enhances aesthetic appeal. It comes equipped with hidden door handles, double five-spoke wheels, and yellow brake calipers. The rear features a popular full-width taillight design, along with an oversized diffuser and rear spoiler.

According to reports from Autohome, the supercar will produce a staggering 1,903 horsepower, with each wheel generating 476 horsepower. Kosmera aims to achieve a 1:1 power-to-weight ratio. The chassis employs aerospace-grade composite materials and 3D printing technology for exceptional torsional rigidity. The vehicle will also feature an active linear motor suspension system that can seamlessly switch between comfortable and race-car-level chassis settings.

The second vehicle, positioned as a high-performance new energy sports car, sports a large spindle-shaped front grille adorned with vertical chrome elements, complemented by narrow headlights and pronounced air channels.

Along the sides, wide wheel arches house large multi-spoke wheels that enhance the car’s dynamic character. At the rear, this model also employs a full-width taillight arrangement and an aggressive diffuser design, while a vertical decorative line on the rear window likely improves aerodynamic efficiency.

Editor’s comment

This September, Dreame sparked considerable controversy when it unveiled renderings of its inaugural high-performance sports car. The design wasn’t merely an imitation of the Bugatti Chiron; it was, to put it bluntly, a direct appropriation of a Bugatti Chiron image, with only the exhaust pipes removed. The actual vehicle showcased this time might offer a slight reprieve, as it bears less resemblance to the Bugatti Chiron compared to the previously released renderings.
