Tesla has applied for a sales license for the six-seater Model Y L to the Chinese regulator, revealing the core specifications. Moreover, Tesla officially announced that the new Model Y L will launch in autumn in China.
The Model Y L will have three rows, accommodating a total of six seats, according to a sales license filing to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
The Model Y L will have a length of 4,976 mm, a width of 1,920 mm, and a height of 1,668 mm, with a wheelbase of 3,040 mm. The curb weight will be 2,008 kg.
The new electric SUV will feature dual motors, one located on the front axle with 142 kW of power and a second in the rear with 198 kW.
