SHANGHAI — Tesla began accepting orders for an updated version of its Model Y sport utility vehicle in China on Friday as the U.S. electric-vehicle maker fights back against BYD and other fast-growing local rivals.
The facelift includes redesigned headlights and seats. Deliveries are expected to begin in March.
