BYD’s progress in autonomous driving has exceeded “our expectations,” said analysts from Chinese brokerage Citic.

BYD has rolled out Smart Driving Edition updates for 10 models in the Dynasty lineup and 11 models in the Ocean lineup, including the Seagull priced as low as RMB 69,800.

The BYD Ocean lineup will launch 11 models equipped with advanced intelligent driving systems, and the six families of the Dynasty lineup will see upgrades.
