Dongfeng has officially launched the eπ007+ (pronounced yipai) mid-to large sedan, an enhanced version of its eπ007 model. The new vehicle, available in three variants, carries an official guide price range of 144,900 to 154,900 yuan (20,300 to 21,700 USD).
The most notable improvements in the eπ007+ over its predecessor include the standard integration of LiDAR across all trims. Furthermore, every eπ007+ will come equipped with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P in-car chip.
The eπ007+ retains the design language of the existing model. Dongfeng has also introduced two new exterior colour options: “Sky Grey” and “Harbour Blue.”

From the side, the vehicle boasts fluid lines, flush door handles, and body-colored five-spoke wheels. The standard LiDAR system is complemented by a “little blue light” indicator for assisted driving. In terms of dimensions, the eπ007+ measures 4880mm in length, 1915mm in width, and 1476mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2915mm.

Inside, the eπ007+ continues the current model’s interior styling. It sports a 15.6-inch 2.5K central control screen paired with a 10.25-inch instrument cluster. The standard Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P chip powers the new eπOS 2.0 system, which supports card-based partitioning, split-screen interaction, and personalised wallpaper settings. The system also integrates AI large language models such as Doubao and Deepseek.

Comfort enhancements include electric release door buttons on all four doors. A heated leather steering wheel has been added, and the cabin features ultra-soft fabrics with high-resilience sponges in the seating areas. The massage system has been upgraded across the entire vehicle, now offering an 8-point large-area massage with 30% increased intensity and 15% larger coverage.

Under the hood, the eπ007+ offers both extended-range electric vehicle (EREV) and pure electric (EV) powertrain options. The EREV variant combines a 1.5L engine with an electric motor, where the engine delivers a maximum power of 77kW and the motor provides 160 kW (214 hp). This version will be equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery. The pure electric model is available in single-motor rear-wheel-drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive configurations. The single-motor version boasts a maximum power of 200 kW (268 hp), while the dual-motor variant delivers 400 kW (536 hp), enabling a 0-100km/h acceleration in the 3-second range.
