Ayvens announces a local partenership with BYD, the largest manufacturer of electric vehicles globally, to provide full-service leasing services for all customer segments in Romania, including White Label operating leases tailored to SME customers in the company’s portfolio. This partnership follows the signing by the two companies of a global Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in 2024, which laid the groundwork for a collaboration on the distribution of electric cars and light commercial vehicles to corporate and individual customers in Europe.
Through this partnership, Ayvens, the brand that integrated ALD Automotive and LeasePlan under the same identity, aims to leverage its own expertise in full-service leasing services, coupled with BYD’s extensive experience in electric vehicle manufacturing. Together, the two companies will offer mobility solutions that meet the unique needs of the Romanian market and customers, who recognize the growing benefits that operational leasing brings to their businesses and who need flexibility and predictability.
