Arcfox, BAIC‘s electric vehicle brand, officially launched its new A0-segment hatchback, the Arcfox T1, on September 11, 2025. The T1 enters the market with an official guide price range of 62,800 yuan (8,700 USD) to 87,800 yuan (12,200 USD).
The Arcfox T1 is available in five variants across two range options: 320km and 425km. Customers opting for the 425km range models can expect immediate delivery, while the 320km range variants are scheduled to begin deliveries in mid-October. This new electric hatchback is set to challenge established players in the A0 pure electric segment, including popular models like the BYD Dolphin and Geely Xingyuan.
The T1 showcases Arcfox’s Arc-Flow design philosophy. From the side, the T1 is equipped with 18-inch multi-spoke aluminium alloy wheels. The vehicle measures 4337mm in length, 1860mm in width, and 1572mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2770mm.

Inside, the cabin integrates an 8.8-inch LCD instrument cluster and a 15.6-inch floating central control screen. An “Extreme Clean Cabin” system utilises a nano-level soft anti-fouling layer, meeting baby-grade safety standards. It boasts low odour, low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds), and low pollution.

The Arcfox T1 offers front cup holders, dual smartphone compartments, storage space beneath the central console island, and a clever sunken design in the trunk.

Under the hood, the new T1 is powered by a drive motor delivering a maximum output of 70 kW (94 hp). It is offered with two range options: 320km and 425km. The 425km version is equipped with a 42.3 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery pack supplied by CALB.

In the first half of this year, the Geely Xingyuan emerged as the best-selling model in the Chinese market. Furthermore, in August, the Geely Xingyuan retained its position as the top seller. Consequently, BAIC Arcfox is naturally keen to leverage its T1 model to compete with the Geely Xingyuan.
