Huawei-backed Harmony Intelligent Mobility Alliance released official images of the Aito M6 on February 3, 2026, confirming the model’s role in the Aito SUV lineup and its expected launch schedule. According to Chinese automotive sources, the model is expected to enter the market in the second quarter of 2026 and target the 250,000 yuan (36,000 USD) price segment.
The Aito M6 is positioned between the Aito M5 and Aito M7 in both size and pricing. The Aito M5 starts at 229,800 yuan (33,100 USD), while the Aito M7 starts at 279,800 yuan (40,300 USD), placing the M6 within the mid-range family SUV segment in China. The model is intended to expand the Aito product matrix alongside the M5, M7, M8, and M9.
The exterior design follows Aito family styling with a closed front grille and elongated headlamp units. The front lighting elements are integrated with vertical air channel structures at the edges of the lamp clusters, while a three-section lower air intake is applied to the front bumper. These features contribute to the vehicle’s visual differentiation within the lineup.
From the side, the Aito M6 adopts semi-hidden door handles and dual five-spoke alloy wheels finished in gloss black, paired with red brake calipers. The body profile emphasizes streamlined surfaces and functional detailing, consistent with mid-size SUV proportions in the Aito range.
At the rear, the vehicle is expected to feature a full-width taillight assembly and a roof-mounted rear spoiler. Black lower-body cladding is applied to the rear bumper area, adding visual separation between body panels and underbody components.
Chinese automotive sources indicate that the Aito M6 is expected to offer both range-extended electric and battery electric variants. The model is also expected to feature Huawei’s HarmonyOS Cockpit 5 and Qiankun intelligent driving system with ADS 4, aligning with the latest generation of Huawei’s in-vehicle software and driver-assistance architecture.
The Aito M6 is positioned as a mid-size family SUV within Huawei’s automotive ecosystem, with its expected second-quarter launch placing it between the existing M5 and M7 in China’s new-energy vehicle market at 250,000 yuan.
