China to approve Tesla Full Self-Driving in February or March, according to CEO

PALO ALTO, California — Tesla will probably have to build a «gigantic chip fab» that can make 1 million wafers per month to keep up with the company’s growing semiconductor demand as the electric-vehicle giant invests more in artificial intelligence and robotics ventures, CEO Elon Musk said at its annual shareholders meeting Thursday afternoon.
