U.S. stocks rise on Tesla boost, China trade negotiations, upcoming Fed decision (DJI:)

Wall Street’s major averages were mostly higher on Monday, boosted by Tesla rising after CEO Elon Musk bought more than $1B in shares. Investors also turned their focus on the upcoming Federal Reserve meeting later this week.

The benchmark S&P
