Adhering to Toyota’s electrified design language, the front fascia features full-width LED daytime running lights that create a semi-enclosed, “hammerhead shark” visual effect, with a prominent trapezoidal air intake in the lower bumper, flanked by functional side vents.
From the side, the bZ7 presents a sleek, coupe-like silhouette with a sloping roofline. The vehicle measures 5130mm in length, 1965mm in width, and 1506mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3020mm. It rides on 20-inch multi-spoke wheels. The rear design mirrors the front’s cohesive styling, featuring a full-width taillight cluster, an integrated spoiler on the trunk lid, and a lower bumper design that echoes the front fascia.
Inside, the bZ7’s driver-centric cockpit features a compact LCD instrument cluster paired with a large 15.6-inch 2K central control screen. All variants come standard with the HarmonyOS Cockpit 5.0 system. Powered by the MoLA large model architecture, the system also provides “long-term memory and proactive service” functions. Higher-trim models further enhance the driving experience with a Head-Up Display (HUD).
The vehicle offers features such as a front passenger zero-gravity seat, four-seat 10-point massage, heating, and suction-type ventilation. The cabin is further refined with four-door double-layered acoustic glass for enhanced quietness, front and rear wireless charging pads, a premium Yamaha audio system, a single-side rear tray table, a car refrigerator, and independent rear air conditioning.
For intelligent driving, the bZ7 is equipped with the Momenta R6 flywheel large model driver assistance system. This system integrates 27 sensors throughout the vehicle and utilises an integrated, end-to-end large model, enabling assisted driving functionalities for both urban environments and highways.
Furthermore, the bZ7 incorporates a dual-chamber air suspension system, allowing for independent adjustment of vehicle height and suspension stiffness. An “intelligent pre-aiming” function proactively identifies road conditions and adjusts the suspension state in real-time.
The bZ7 is powered by Huawei’s DriveONE electric drive system, delivering a maximum output of 207 kW (278 hp). It’s equipped with CALB lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries, enabling a top speed of 180 km/h. The bZ7 will be available with two battery pack options: an 88.13 kWh unit and a 71.35 kWh unit. The larger 88.13 kWh battery offers CLTC ranges of 680 km, 700 km, and 710 km, while the 71.35 kWh battery provides a CLTC pure electric range of 600 km.
